Pacific Seabirds 51(2) is available online!

Welcome to Issue 51(2) of Pacific Seabirds! This issue spans the entire Pacific, with research updates from PSG members representing Aotearoa (New Zealand) to Canada and Hawaiʻi to the Antarctic. Jennifer Wheeler has provided an overview of what you can look forward to at the upcoming Waterbird Society and Pacific Seabird Group Joint Meeting in San José, Costa Rica, and Caren Loebel-Fried gives us a sneak peek into her new book, “Finding Home, a Hawaiian Petrel’s Journey”. This issue also includes a new section “From the Archive”, highlighting an article and issue of past Pacific Seabirds publications. There are committee updates, member updates, upcoming events, and a lovely In Memoriam for the talented artist and conservationist Helen Coxhead McFarland.

The Pacific Seabirds team is excited to share this issue with you and would like to thank all the members who contributed amazing content! If you’d like to contribute research updates, art, photography, member updates or anything else, we’d love to share your articles in the next issue of Pacific Seabirds. For any questions or further information, feel free to reach out to Amelia DuVall, Pacific Seabirds Editor, at editor@pacificseabirdgroup.org.
