Reminders for WbS/PSG 2025 (January 6-9, 2025): abstract submission, travel awards, registration, and more!
- Abstract submission is open through October 1st! Abstract submission will take place via Oxford Abstracts—click here to get started!
- Travel awards are also available! Travel awards are open to students worldwide as well as to non-students from outside the United States and Canada. Anyone applying for a travel award must complete the travel award application by October 1st, which includes an approximate budget, budget justification/statement of need, and personal statement.

- Envío de resúmenes está abierto hasta el 1 de octubre! El envío de resúmenes ocurrirá por medio de “Oxford Abstracts”—haz clic aquí para empezar!
- ¡Las becas de viaje también están disponibles! Cualquier persona que solicite una beca de viaje (estudiantes estadounidenses/canadienses e internacionales, y científicos internacionales fuera de EE. UU. y Canadá) también debe completar la solicitud de beca de viaje antes del 1 de octubre. Esto incluye un presupuesto aproximado, justificación del presupuesto / declaración de necesidad, y declaración personal.
