PSG 2024 – Reminders – See you at the Annual Meeting!
The Annual Meeting is here! To make sure that you’re ready to go, please read through the information below containing news, announcements, and reminders about PSG 2024.
- PSG 2024 Agenda, Schedule, and Program: The PSG Agenda, Schedule, and Program are live! Click here to check out everything that we have planned for the Annual Meeting. In addition, we have information about poster presentations available here. And, don’t forget to check out our Scientific Program Highlights here!
- PSG 2024 Travel and Transportation: Be sure to check out our resources regarding transportation in and around the Seattle area as well as the Grand Hyatt Seattle (the conference venue). We have important information about parking at the venue, dining options within walking distance of the Grand Hyatt Seattle, and a downtown Seattle walking map here.
- PSG 2024 Welcome Night: This year’s Welcome Night event (Tuesday, February 20th, 6-9pm) will be at Flatstick Pub in Seattle’s South Lake Union neighborhood, not far from the conference venue (approximately 1 mile [1.6 kilometers], easy transit on the South Lake Union Streetcar). This event venue features indoor miniature golf and duffleboard (a mix between shuffleboard and miniature golf). Food and beverages will be provided! Come play some games and connect with PSG colleagues! More information here.
- PSG 2024 Field Trips: If you have signed up for one of PSG’s Field Trips, be sure to check out all the details here about time, date, location, and what to bring!
- Clothing and Gear Swap: Clean out your closets and give your gently-used field clothing and gear a second life! This year, the EID Committee will be running a clothing and gear swap table in the back of the main plenary room (Leonesa Ballroom). Donations will be accepted at registration or directly at the swap table. Students and early-career researchers can select gear from the donation table on Wednesday and Thursday, and the table will be open to all attendees on Friday. Any items remaining at the close of the meeting will be donated to the West Seattle Food Bank.
