Registration information

Please register before arriving on site to assist the local committee with planning.  Regular registration rates apply.   Full conference and one day rates are available, see below. Please consider making a donation to student travel awards, PSG conservation small grants, and PSG general fund.  Donate here!

  • Name tag and registration packet
  • Scientific Program and coffee breaks
  • Welcome Reception on Wed 22 Feb
  • Poster Reception on Thu 23 Feb
  • Lunch during the Members’ Meeting on Fri 24 Feb
  • Early Career Scientist and Student Events on Fri 24 Feb
  • Lunch during Conservation Committee Meeting on Sat 25 Feb
  • PSG Awards Presentation and Dance on Sat 25 Feb (Banquet not included)

If so, please return to RegOnline and make payment now.  Early bird registration has passed and regular registration applies ($50 late fee automatically added).

Food and banquet:

Lunches are only included for those attending the Members’ Meeting (Fri 24 Feb) and Conservation Committee meeting (Sat 25 Feb). Everyone is welcome and encouraged to participate. On Saturday evening (25 Feb), PSG has the annual banquet and tickets are $70.  Purchase banquet tickets via RegOnline, and tickets may be available when you register on-site, but not guaranteed. Please purchase tickets early to assist the Local Committee Chair with planning the event.

How to change your registration or pay with a different credit card:
If you would like to register using a business credit card and then add items that you will pay for on a different card (e.g,. field trips, banquets, merchandise) please download the following pictorial guide that will walk you through the steps. To complete the transactions, you will need access to the email account that you used to register.

Cancellations:
PSG no longer accepts cancellations for registration (deadline was 16 Jan 2017).  Please contact the local committee for refunds of merchandise or field trips.
